Am I the only one who always becomes frustrated when it comes to organizing the kitchen? I’m sure there are many people just like me.

Keeping the kitchen organized can be a tough job to do. But if you can follow a few tricks, your kitchen will always be organized.

I am going to focus on how you can easily organize pans and pots in your kitchen. This kitchenware comes in such shape that they are almost impossible to store in the cabinets.

Even if you become successful in keeping pans and pots in the cabinets, they will take a lot of space. As a result, you won’t be able to keep anything else in that cabinet.

Fortunately, you can easily organize your pots and pans along with saving a lot of space in the kitchen. Let’s see what these 11 ways to organize pots and pans are.

1. Get a bakeware organizer

You can find such bakeware organizers in Amazon. Use these organizers to store your pots and pans.

They come with a few dividers which easily hold the pans in place. I have one in my kitchen which I love using.

Some of these organizers come with adjustable dividers. That means you can remove one and adjust another one if needed.

That is how you can store your large pans like this as well.

2. Mount a shower rod in the kitchen

You can easily hang your pots and pans using a shower rod. Hang a shower rod in the wall of your kitchen.

Now hang as many pans and pots as you can in the shower rod. You can use a normal rod as well instead of a shower rod.

You can use the wall above your countertop or any other wall as well. if you keep the pans above your countertop it will be easier for you to reach.

3. Make a separate cabinet for your pans

You can also make a separate cabinet to store your pans and pots. If you have a large kitchen you can easily use one cabinet to store the pans and pots.

Make sure to use a divider in the cabinet. If you have a large cabinet, you can divide it in two by mounting a wooden surface.

As a result, you will be able to use cabinet space more efficiently.

4. Mount a few corner shelves in the kitchen

If you love cooking, I am sure you have every size of pan that is available in the market. Some of these will not even fit in your kitchen cabinet or the storage.

If you have a free corner in your kitchen, use that to store the pans and pots. Mount two or three corner shelves and use the shelves to store the pans and pots.

5. Get a wooden pot rack

You will be surprised to know that you can purchase wooden racks that are specially made for storing pots and pans. They come with swivel hooks that will hold your pans in the right place.

I have one wooden pot rack that has a 36-inch base and I can hang at least 5-6 pans.

If you are thinking about the installation process, don’t worry. You can easily install it with a screwdriver and there are always extra hooks.

6. Mount a ceiling pot rack

It is another product that you can find online and it is very easy to use. It comes in an oval shape and it can hold all of your pans and pots.

The product also comes with S-shaped hooks. There are several compartments, as a result, you can hang your utensils like tongs, spatulas along with the pans and pots.

7. Use a few hooks to hang the pans and pots

Get a few command hooks and install them in your kitchen cabinet doors. You can use the hooks to store a few of the pans and pots.

It might not be a good idea to install more than 5 command hooks in your kitchen cabinet as it will make your kitchen look cluttered.

Install a few hooks and store the rest in a pan organizer.

8. Purchase a lid organizer from the dollar store

You can also purchase a lid organizer from the dollar store. You can get them around one dollar only.

Don’t worry about the material as they will just hold the lids.

9. Store pan lids in the kitchen cabinet door

You need a spot to store the lids of your pans as well. You might not have thought about this idea before. Open one of your kitchen cabinets and install two small shower rods.

Take a lid and place it inside of the rod. There you go. Your own DIY pan lid organizer. You can store up to 4 or 5 pan lids in one cabinet door although it depends on the size of the lids.

10. Make compartments in your cabinet using cardboards

If you are planning to store the pans and pots in your kitchen cabinet, you should do it smartly. That means if you are planning to use the cabinets, make sure to make compartments.

The wooden compartment can be quite expensive, use some hard cardboard and super glue to store the pots and pans properly.

11. Use the space under the kitchen sink

I am sure you have enough space underneath your kitchen sink to store a few pans and pots. You can easily place a pan organizer underneath the kitchen sink.

On the other hand, you can install a few command hooks in the wall under the sink. If you can store 2-3 pans or pots, it will save a lot of space in the cabinets.
